After receiving the application for the recognition procedure as well as the set of documents are transferred to experts. The application status is changed in the process of the procedure. You can trace it on the website (the form is in the right-down corner), just text the application number. Also you can use «Personal Cabinet».

You can get the following replies from the system:

«Incorrect application» (ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕ СОДЕРЖИТ ОШИБКИ). It means that your application is incorrect and cannot be taken for the recognition procedure. You’ll be informed by mail or email (if it specified) about the mistakes in your application within 5 work days.

«Incomplete set of documents» (НЕКОМПЛЕКТ). It means that your set of documents does not meet the requirements of the legal regulations. In this case you’ll be informed by mail or email (if it specified) about the mistakes in your set of documents within 5 work days.

«Application was accepted for the procedure» (ЗАЯВЛЕНИЕ ПРИНЯТО К РАССМОТРЕНИЮ). It means that your application as well as the set of documents were checked and meet the requirements of the legal regulations. The documents are transferred for the evaluation within 3 work days.

«Application is in the process of the procedure» (НА РАССМОТРЕНИИ). It means that your documents undergo the evaluating. The maximum term of the evaluation process does not exceed 30 calendar days. You recommended to pay the state fee with such reply from the system, if you have not paid before.

«The procedure was paused for getting additional information» (ПРИОСТАНОВЛЕНО, ОЖИДАЕТСЯ ПОЛУЧЕНИЕ ДОПОЛНИТЕЛЬНОЙ ИНФОРМАЦИИ). It means that the query was sent to foreign authorities (the Ministry of education, educational institution, ENIC-NARIC, etc) in order to clarify the circumstances of your case. The term of waiting for the response does not exceed 45 days for first requesting.

«The set of documents was evaluated. The result of the procedure to be signed by authorized official» (РАССМОТРЕНО, ОФОРМЛЯЕТСЯ ОФИЦИАЛЬНЫЙ ДОКУМЕНТ). It means that the process of evaluation was finished. The result of the procedure was sent to authorized official for signing.

«Waiting the payment for the state fee» (ОЖИДАНИЕ ОПЛАТЫ). This status means either you have not paid for the state fee or the information about your payment has not come yet.

«The result is ready» (ГОТОВ К ВЫДАЧЕ ИЛИ ОТПРАВКЕ). This status means that the procedure is over and you can get the result personally or by mail depending on which way for getting result you have specified in the application.

«The result was issued» (ВЫДАН). This status means that the result of the procedure was issued to you or your representative.

«The procedure has been discontinued» (ДЕЛО ПРЕКРАЩЕНО). The procedure about your case has been discontinued.

Please notice that all case papers except the originals of certificates cannot be returned to the applicants.

In the general case the term of the recognition procedure does not exceed 45 days from the date of receipt of the application and attached documents. The term of the recognition procedure may be extended if there is a need to send a request to foreign authorities (the Ministry of education, educational institution, ENIC-NARIC, etc) in order to clarify the circumstances of your case. In this case the additional waiting period cannot exceed 45 days. The term of the recognition procedure may be extended secondly if we have not got the answer on our query. In this case the term of the procedure is again increased on 45 days.

The deadline for issuing a duplicate of the Certificate of Recognition is in a period not exceeding 10 days from the date of receipt of the application.
